Order Processing Timelines
- Standard Timeline: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Exclusions: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Malaysian public holidays.
- Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as promotional campaigns or holiday seasons), processing may require an additional 1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates
We ship within Malaysia and to select Southeast Asian destinations. Shipping charges are dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout based on the final order weight and shipping address destination.
Once your order has completed processing, typical delivery transit times are as follows:
- Restricted Addresses: We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO), hotel addresses, or areas designated by couriers as no-delivery zones.
- West Malaysia: 1–3 business days.
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 3–5 business days.
- Southeast Asia (Regional): 5–10 business days.
- Note: International delivery timelines depend heavily on local courier handling and destination customs clearance processes.
- No Guarantees: All delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not guaranteed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your tracking details. Tracking information typically becomes active and scannable within 24 hours of the courier picking up the package. Providing a valid email address and contact number during checkout is essential to ensure you receive these tracking alerts.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, Lione Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country’s government. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer and are typically collected directly by the courier or local customs authority prior to final delivery.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and accept that Lione Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for the delivery process once the parcel leaves our warehouse and is handed over to our third-party logistics partners.
Lione Labs does not assume responsibility or liability for:
- Delayed Shipments: Delays caused by courier sorting backlogs, emergencies, adverse weather, customs clearance halts, or other environmental factors.
- Failed Deliveries / Missing Items: Parcels that go missing or are returned to sender due to incorrect postal addresses, incomplete contact info, or an unresponsive/unreachable recipient.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Transit Damage: Please inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. If your package arrives structurally damaged by the courier, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the affected contents.
- Non-Delivery/Lost Status: If your tracking link stalls or shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of the scheduled or stated delivery date. Compensation or replacements cannot be assured or processed for claims raised after this 5-day window
- Resolution: We will launch an investigation with the shipping courier and coordinate a swift replacement or refund in alignment with our standard Return & Refund Policy guidelines.
Policy Amendments
Lione Laboratories Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the latest version of this policy before placing an order. The version published on our website at the precise time your order was placed will govern that specific transaction.
